Refund policy

We do not accept returns due to the nature and use of our products.

However, if there is an issue upon delivery of your order or a defective product, please email AmericanDieCutDecals@gmail.com right away with your name, order number and pictures of the issue. This will allow us to best address the issue.

Please note: 
- ALL decals are made once ordered. Please allow up to 3 business days for decals to ship. Most decal orders are shipped via regular USPS Postal Mail. Therefore, there is no tracking information for these orders. Please allow 3-7 mailing days for delivery. Larger decal orders will have tracking information.

- ALL glassware orders may ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the best possible option during shipping and destination location. These orders will have tracking information. Due to changing levels of inventory, a glass may need to be made once ordered and can take up to 7 days to ship. However, most orders ship within 2-4 business days.
